Wet flue gas cleaning
A container scrubber that captures dust, heavy metals and odour.
The step that settles the argument with the neighbours. Flue gas passes through a water curtain before leaving, and its heat returns to the heating circuit.
How it pays for itself
- Instead of reheating the gas to a high temperature as an electrostatic filter requires, its heat is taken off through an exchanger and returned to the heating circuit.
- The wash water is treated in a closed loop with automatic dosing and neutralisation.
- The unit can also be built in a winter-proof version.
